Batt Juice

Terms of Use

Effective August 16, 2026

These terms cover the Batt Juice website (battjuice.app) and, once it ships, the Batt Juice macOS app. Using either means you accept them. They're short; please actually read them.

The website

This site exists to describe the app and, if you choose, to take your email address so we can tell you when it launches. Don't abuse the signup form — no automated submissions, no other people's addresses. How we handle the data is in the Privacy Policy.

The app

Batt Juice reads power and battery information that macOS makes available and displays it. About those numbers:

No warranty

The site and the app are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep everything accurate and running, but we don't promise it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batt Juice and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or the app — including decisions made based on readings the app displays. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local consumer law doesn't allow to be limited.

Intellectual property

The Batt Juice name, icon, and the content of this site belong to the developer. Don't pass them off as your own or use them to imply endorsement. Apple, macOS, and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Batt Juice is an independent project not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version lives at this address with its effective date above. Continuing to use the site or app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
